    Guaranteed Rental Payments
    All monies for Short Term Prepaid Rentals are deposited into Trust Accounts. These accounts are specifically defined as accounts held by Leadville Lodging and Management as agent and custodian for owners. If you are considering any of our competitors, be sure your money will be handled correctly. Failure to do so could result in loss of income to you.

    Commission Program
    Leadville Lodging & Management offers a Gross Commission program. Details are outlined in our Summary of Services. When you request rental management information this will be included.

    Complete Written and Video Inventories
    Our "Unit Inventory Control" permits our Rental Management owners to be confident that their furnishings & appliances are recorded and protected. Special Security Stickers are placed in the main windows of these units. These stickers inform all passers-by that the unit has been completely inventoried & all appliance numbers recorded.

    Hotel Type Housekeeping
    Housekeeping is provided for by “Clean Wright” a professional, local cleaning company that is licensed and insured. We are proud to use “Eco friendly” cleaning products and provide packaged sanitary soaps and shampoo. Each unit is checked before, during and after the departure of a renter or owner.

    No Hidden Fees
    We know that the rental commission structures vary from company to company. Unlike many of our competitors, we have no hidden fees. Avoid being wooed by commission structures. Be sure such things as referral fees, travel agent commissions, resort association assessments, and credit card fees, as well as linen charges and monthly management fees are disclosed.
